This in-house Smile Plan is designed to help individuals and families receive comprehensive dental care at a reduced rate, all while maintaining the exceptional standards our patients know and trust. We never cut corners on materials, lab work, or personalized care.
Preventive care is at the heart of our plan because we believe in stopping problems before they start. And when restorative treatment is needed, we make sure your path to a healthier smile is affordable and worry-free.
Adult Plan
(Ages 14 and older)
$460/year
- 2 professional cleanings
- 2 periodic exams and routine x-rays
- 20% off all other procedures completed at our practice
All new patients receive a comprehensive exam and full set of x-rays upon enrollment.

(with Periodontal Maintenance Plan)
$640/year
- 3 perio maintenance cleanings
- 2 periodic exams and routine x-rays
- 20% off all other procedures completed at our practice, including SRP/periodontal cleanings

Child Plan
(Age 2-13)
$320/year
- 2 professional cleanings
- 2 periodic dental exams
- 2 fluoride treatments and routine x-rays
- 20% off all other procedures completed at our practice

What are the limitations?
- No deductibles or copays
- No annual maximum plan discount

- If procedure requires multiple appointments, fees are due at first appointment
